what should i do this summer?

i really want to travel to greece to see my family , but i have gone the last two summers...and im starting college in the fall...so my parents said I can't go again this summer...
but i so desperately want to!
i want to stop in italy as well...
its my last summer with no worries...lol
if i dont go im planning on getting a job...but idk...what should i do?

Ella!! Fly to Greece and see your family, go to Poros cos its beautiful and travel to Patras and take a ferry to several locations on the east coast of Italy depending on where you want to travel to next.

had the most amazing ferry journey of my life sailing into Venice from Patras and the ship was the nicest ferry I have been on with Minoan Lines.

There loads of places to go in Italy and I suggest using the train as its cheap and quick.
Goto Rome as its the most amazing archeological city you will ever see.

Tuscany is one of the most beautiful regions and Siena is another beautiful place.

Get prices fo an open jaw ticket into Athens and back from Rome or Milan for cheapest direct deal to where you are flying from.

Persuade your parents to let you return to Europe. Travel broadens the mind - ideal before starting college, eh? And it becomes increasingly difficult as you progress up the career ladder to travel regularly without taking a year out. Initially, you can't afford the money. Then you can't afford the time. Or it would affect your career... or you're starting a family... you get the picture. Why not look into inter-railing in Eastern Europe (much cheaper than Italy, etc) with a stop down in Greece on the way back? Lonely Planet guides or website will give you some ideas.
