the basket is 10" tall and 12" x 10" around the basket part, on the side where the handle meets the basket it has the intials "DB". I purchased it about 5 years ago at a estate sale. It is a deep red color glass and has a weave and circle patern around the basket. no other markings, in great shape. I would like to know how much it is worth or someone I could take it to to get it apprased. Thank you

I found a couple on eBay listed at 35 - 40 bucks. They are made by Indiana Glass about 1970's. The pattern is called Dew Drop in the Tiara series of glassware.

Go to your library and research it. There is a book about the antique roadshow that may have an item close to yours which may give you an idea. Or you can take it to several antique dealers to have it appraised. I say several, so that you will get an idea of a fair price. Also, remember that things are worth more to a collector then they would be to an antique dealer.
