We've always had good experiences ordering fish online, everything has always arrived healthy and happy. We have had trouble with plants though. The only downside to ordering online is that shipping is extremely expensive. If you can get them from a good pet store locally, I would do that, but if not, online is a good alternative.

It all depends on the person you buy from, if you can manage to find a good seller then normally it will be an amazing experiance for you. Like if you can manage a way to get fish from a owner or a worker of some big pet store, or a good online store, then you will get very fine looking and healthy fish for good prices.

I have bought 1 time. 2 Dwarf zebra lionfish from Liveaquaria. I only purchased becuase they were hard to find locally. Very good expierience, as they are still growing today(bought about a year ago). They did an excellent job. I would do it again,if I could not find what I'm looking for local.

Yes and it was a fine experience. You want to find a very good retailer and check the references ahead of time.
