efax.com it's OK. I used them a few years ago.

Yes, but you must have a scanner. You can also use your plain telephone line and a fax machine. But to do it on a computer it is almost like sending an email.. You scan the documents and send them to a fax number that you want them to go to. This is called web-based fax. efax.com is a good one. Google web-based fax and it will give you some providers of this service!
