I definately think so! Just think- you can't be sad when you're eating a bowl of ice cream. And if everyone had ice cream, everyone would be happy, so no one would fight. Well, the people that are lactose intolerant might have a problem, but we could find something else for them...or hand out a bunch of Lactaid pills...

possibly. believe it or not - not everyone likes ice cream. however i sincerely believe whipped cream could handle the task. is there anyone that doesnt like whipped cream ?
