I have a question about leggings. I'm trying to think of things to
wear them with, aside from just casual dresses. I have 2 casual dresses that I currently wear them with. One is black with white polka dots, and it's sheer with a slip underneath it. Then I have one thats also black and white, but it has pinstripes. (I either wear them with light pink paisley Nine West pumps, black Franco Sarto knee high leather boots, or black BCBG pumps.) Now my
question is, could I wear leggings with something like this:

?

My problem is that silk and wool are totally in this season, yet I'm allergic to both of them, so it's super hard to find things that will work for me.

And what about this?

My body type is 5'2", 100 pounds, hourglass, olive skin, and medium length very dark brown hair.

Ooh! And both of those dress/jumper/shirt things say that you have to have them
dry cleaned. Do I really? They're not silk or anything, and as long as I hand
washed them on cold water with delicate detergent, won't it be okay? Thank you
so much!!!!!!

Thanks, can you suggest the kinds of things to wear instead?

The first one would be a definite no, though the second one looks hot and I think it would look hotter on you.I don't think the high leather boots ot the paisley pumps would work that outfit, but black pumps sound ok. Also denim mini skirts go great with leggings too.

The first dress, no! The second one, I think leggings would be OK with. In my opinion, jumper type dresses are rather casual. As for the material, Acrylic, polyester, & spandex does not have to be drycleaned. You can machine wash it and lay flat to dry. While it's not bad to machine dry it, the little rubbery strings that spandex is made out of can become bad from the heat, but that depends entirely on how much spandex is in it. I have jeans with like 2% that dry just fine.

Why don't you try a tunic style top/blouse with a belt that sits on your waist or hips, with some ballet style flats. Your short so to give your body some curves on top a belt always looks good and you don't want to look to 80's so the ballet flats realy look great with them. Also do a few layers of light material so that the layers show on the hemline it adds interest and you can then add lots of colour which is so great in winter.

ok, Victoria secret for particular has it, however that's better than 30.00. you could also inspect continuously 21 (it has loads of outfits in this way), they are positioned interior a mall in maximum states. continuously 21 might want to be the perfect bargin, and their clothing is of solid high quality.

I don't think leggings suit either one because those outfits are pretty mature and revealing (the point of those outfits is to show more not less skin). You should wear outfits that are more casual instead.

Why dont you get a denim mini skirt and this goes great with leggings in all colors. Its a great look and goes well with ballet pumps.

It's OK to wear leggings this winter. Washed in cold water and mild shampoo they will remain in good condition.
