An attempt to pretend that she (and by extension the rest of the administration) cares what happens to other humans (American or Iraqi).

Rice visit was better than the democrats, Democrats went told Iraq they was staying until finished, came back and told Americans they wanting them pulled out. Two -faced, flip flopping lefties lie and point the finger at some one else.
