Without details about the make and model of your notebook it's difficult to provide an appropriate answer. The notebook has to have a wireless Ethernet adapter in order to connect to your wireless network. You will also have to install a network driver on the notebook. I'm assuming the printer is not connected to another computer and is connected direclty to your wireless router.

If this is not the case you need to enable printer sharing on the computer that the printer is attached to.
