Do Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally.

Parenthesis
Exponents
Multiply
Divide--you can divide before you multiply
Add
Subtract--you can subtract before add

You would do what's in the parenthesis, then multiply out the exponent. Then do the problem how you would usually do it.

I read your problem as 24/(3*(5 - 3)^2
(5 - 3)^2 reads (5 - 3)squared
24/(3*(5 - 3)^2) =
24/(3*(2)^2) =
24/(3*4) =
24/12 =
2
