i remember watching a movie where a demon (or something evil) crawls up inside this woman while she's sleeping and she ends up being pregnant with it...gives birth to it later and it comes out like a normal baby. then it sheds that skin and takes off. and while she's 'pregnant' with it, it talks to her and during a scene where she's having sex with a guy it grabs the dudes "stuff" mid-sex.
i know it sounds strange but it's bugging me that i can't remember this movie!

the superb horror movie from the 1980's is the noticeably iconic Nightmare on elm street. once that movie got here out anybody had an Uncle freddy. also, you should consider the different horror icons that got here to capacity in the course of the eighty's. you've Chucky, Jason, Micheal Myers, hell did not tremors pop out then? i wager it truly relies upon on the flavor of the viewer. Me: Friday the thirteenth section 4. i appreciate the scene the position he's taking the female in the dozing bag and slams her right into a tree till she stops transferring. that's a good damn action picture.

This sounds an awful lot like a movie I saw on the Sci Fi channel with Kim Cattrall a few years ago. She was pregnant with a demon baby that talked to her, and she went kind of crazy, if I remember right.
I don't know the title, though, and I don't see any listings like that under her name on IMDB. I think it was one of those super-cheesy "made for TV" Sci-Fi Originals. In that case, it would not have been made in the 80s, and it might not be the movie you're looking for.
I'm sorry, in hind sight it doesn't seem like I'm helping you very much. In fact, now I'm bugged trying to think of the name of this Kim Cattrall movie. I might have to post my own question now! *grin*
