Well, Stalone played alot of manly characters like the constant boxer, but Arnold was naked in most of his movies, like Terminator and Conan the Barbarian. But, Stalone also did a voice for a kids animated movies, Antz, so I'd go with Arnold.

Arnold.
I always liked his movies more, such as The Terminator, The Running Man, True Lies, and The 6th Day. He seemed to laugh at himself a bit, not take himself so seriously, which I personally think helps in defining a true "macho" man.
