I used to be difficult right back but now as I have grown up, I see that you never know what is going on for a person to act like that. Their mate may have just left them, they may have some bad kids at home but know they have to be at work to make a way for theemselves and those bad kids. You never know, give the person the benefit of the doubt. Move on and you try not to be like that.

Come from a position of love and try not to get angry.tell them straight up that you mean no harm and there is no need for hostility.If that does not work then say im sorry but i can not deal with you unless you are calm and collected

well now few options is you can be patient with them or ignore them, or try to talk to them calmly. what ever you do don't start a fight with them. if it gets to that walk/run away. i hope this helps you
