was downloading a song and came across a few i hadnt heard for years!was wondering if this has happened to you or if this question has prompted u to say to yourself "as it happens i remember ........ and aint heard it for ages" if so what was it cos u may remind me of some more!!!!

OH yeah. I get stuff from a friend of mine's system and when i'l looking through his files I see stuff all the time that I haven't heard, or had been looking for for ages. Stuff like One night in Bankcoc by Murry Head and What have I done to deserve This by the Pet Shop Boys. I found some stuff by Steely Dan, Hall & Oats, and a host of others.

Here's one I hadn't heard in many years. I Had Too Much to Dream Last Night by The Electric Prunes. I heard it the other day. It was a minor hit back when I was in the Army in the mid 60's.

Opossum Kingdom by the Toadies!! I heard it on the radio the other day and it took me back to high school. I also heard American Music by the Violent Femms. WOW, I used to rock out to them in middle school. I love hearing music i have not thought about in a long time. I just sent a mix cd to a friend in college with all the songs we used to listen to while we were roommates. I hope it makes her as happy as it made me.

Yes, i was in a shop, and i heard a song i hadnt heard for 3 years, and i couldnt remember the name. It was amazing.
I also searched for a song and found it, and it was 6years ago i heard that too.
It feels nice :)

I bought a 90's cd a little while ago that had a bunch of songs that I had forgotten about. "Under The Bridge" by RHCP and "The Freshmen" by The Verve Pipe always take me back.
