yummy, the smell and taste brings me back to when I was a kid at christmas. My mom, sister, and I would spend weeks making them so we had enough for all the family over christmas. (25 ppl)

I can't really say that I love them only because I know my father and he has much stronger feelings for the butter tart than I, but I can say that a freshly baked butter tart is a wonderful thing.

Are they really just a Canadian thing? I am Canadian, but I didn't know that the rest of the world are deprived of the goodness of the butter tart.
