I am in search of a governmental tort lawyer in the St. Louis City, Missouri and near areas, or Illinois, if there is such an ethical representative out there without unethical ties to the "fraternity" of media/so-called gov. of/by/for the people. My Count 2 letter is "prima facie evidence" that my right to access public property which I supported financially for 39+ years was revoked 2x's for 1 mo. / 1yr., by frivolous claims: ambiguity, and hearsay (subterfuge, slander, and harassment). My rights are guaranteed the protection of the "Bill of Rights" Art. 1, Sec. 2 (MO Const.) and "Equal Rights Amendments 5 &14 to the United States Constitution which includes due process of law (RSMo Sec. 182.230) and equal protection of the laws. Also, the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States of America (flag of), and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God with LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL(YOU/ME/US). Please help me somebody!
WE are ALL in this together. GOD bless us all!

While you are doing all the research, why don't read up on "eminent domain" and "sovereign immunity."

Sorry pal, sounds like you're up a creek without a paddle.

First, I don't understand the question. What is a count 2 letter? Everybody is entitled to access of Public property. You are also entitled access to public records under the Freedom of Information Act. Are you trying to sue the Federal, State, or both?

Your question leaves more room for questions than answers. As a rule, Constitutional Attorneys are as scarce as hens teeth because they don't make as much money as UCC or Case lawyers. That and the fact that very few know little or anything about Constitutional Law. I wish I could be of more help. Sorry.
