I don't know, I really think something happend but I guess only God knows what, with all the Racial Tension that goes on in that area who knows.

She keeps amending her story (they raped me, no wait!, they assulted me, no wait!, one of them only watched). It is ridiculous and her credibility is shot. No matter what really happened, no one will believe her now. And to top it off, the District Attorney is under investigation from the North Carolina Bar Association for gross misconduct in relation to the case (i.e. using the case as a springboard to get re-elected, swaying public opinion against the defendants through the media, etc.). A complete disaster all around.

Yes the charges should be dropped!!! To the poster who said they have been, that is not true! I think there was some racial discrimination.. I think they called her the n- word and I think they may have made a comment about shoving a broom into the netherlands, but these came after they called them "small di** white boys (per the second stripper). The boy that she is now saying only watched couldn't have,,, he's on video at the bank machine when the incident allegedly took place. There is going to be a 60 minutes special on TV Sunday night with the parents of the boys. I think she got mad at the comments made by some of the boys (not specifically the ones identified), and decided she would get even by doing this. Nifong's career is dead after this... only my opinion. But it's a bad rap to have to carry if you didn't commit the crime. They will always be known as the people accused of rape at Duke... not mater what career field they decide to go in... and they can forget about a career in politics.

Duke did no longer some thing incorrect. thus they were provided with in all probability evidence that some thing wrongful grow to be achieved and they acted to guard their community and photo...as for permitting protests...they'd be sued for no longer permitting such gatherings. we are able to per chance under no circumstances recognize who's the villian right here...if the lads fairly did it...if the sufferer lied....or if the sufferer grow to be pushed by using Nifong to win an election.

I'm agree with you, I do believe something happened and I think she is being harassed and probably is trying to loose the case on purpose, this has happened in my home town, this what rich people could do to you. But honestly this case is a complete mess, no one would ever know. I don't know if it was as drastic but I do believe things got out of hand...

Yes, because if not, this case will linger on and on and on. They're making the guys take paternity tests just to make sure they didn't father the accuser's baby. I thought that more than one trace of semen was found in her panties like the Kobe Bryant accuser so its hard to tell who did what when you're being promiscuous.

Not sure at this point what really happened. This case has been handled so badly, it wouldn't matter what the guys did or did not due. Looks like gross misconduct by the prosecutor.

Once the GUILTY VERDICT is in, the sentence should be as follows:
Two ALL-girls lacross teams play against each other ....
using the guilty individuals balls, instead of regulation lacross balls.
