(The first time - but after a few times ....)

The "drift" was noticed, however I think the question is even a more important and effort-worthy question without the vodka or sexual overtones. So let me answer the serious question behind the humorous one.

No one would last long with the person of our dreams. Know why? Because of EDR -- Expectations Destroy Relationships. When we impose the standards of our "dream" person on a real person, then two relationship-destroying things begin to take place: (1) If they meet your expectations, then you aren't grateful for what they are or have done. After all, you just got what you expected, right? (2) When they don't meet your expectations, then you become disappointed and possibly bitter.

Someone wisely said that while most people put on rose-colored glasses while dating and take them off in marriage, you should do the opposite. Look for all the flaws, etc. while dating and should you get married--put on the glasses that allow you to overlook your flaws.

By the way, I married my best friend when I was 18 and 26 years later we're still having our honeymoon. We're still best friends and "things" are still great ... "if you catch my drift."

Gordon Brown would think he was the king of the world if he spent a night with me. He really wouldn't have to try that hard. I'd probably be done if I saw him naked. LOL That should make him feel pretty good. I have a friend who feels the same about William Hague and a certain Mr. Tony Blair.

i have no clue...pretty long i guess. i cant be that bad to a sweet guy like Drake Bell. im a nice girl and can be funny. so he'll have fun with me for a little while...well if i had to take a guess maybe it would be at least a month. i dont wanna say an exact figure..because i dont wanna come off as conceited or anything.
but i know id wanna be w/him for the rest of my life. its his end of the perspective im worried about: how long would HE wanna be with me?

you know what..do you really wanna know..let me think about this...i can see us being together for 2-3 yrs then maybe him getting too wrapped up in his music and calling the whole thing off.
ah well..hopefully that wouldnt happen but id appreciate the time i had with him.

If it was the person of my dreams then I think that I would last a life time with him. We'd have our tiffs every now and then but he would always apologize even if I was the one that was wrong. He'd surprise me with lavish gifts for no reason at all and we would grow old together. It is my dreams after all is it not?

My luck with men it would be a few months before it was over. But I always choose guy's that have serious problems. I'm trying to change that and be more careful not to choose the
"bad boy" type...

Have a wonderful 2007 !
