You know, my ex wife asked the same question, and I gave her a very frank answer, and now... well, she is my ex afterall, but now she's about 250 lbs at 5'2". As you can see, she didnt take my advice.

There is not a special pill, or secret food or diet you can do to lose weight. Here...

Eat something in the morning, have a small lunch, and eat small portions at dinner. Drink LOTS of water throughout the day. If you can, go for a walk or a jog in the morning, if you are not a morning person, then do it in the evening or whenever time permits, but get out there and do something physical at least 2 or 3 times a week, more if you can. Oh and when you eat, have vegetables, low fat meats, and nothing thats been fried, or is fatty, etc... Stay away from all fast food joints. Pack your own lunch, make your own dinner. When going out to eat, order something small. Not only will your waist shrink, but in contrast your pocket book wont. Cut out cokes from your diet, drink 1% or 2% milk, and again, drink plenty of water. Avoid mexican food, or pasta or anything heavy, steaks, potatoes, etc... You know, something to work on, is to begin thinking that all the crap you think you like, chocolate, brownies, cinnabon, McDonalds, etc... that its all poison for your body. Oh BTW, so you know, I was in the Marines, and I was in outstanding shape when I was in. Since I got out, my weight creeped up from 185 to 245 over the course of 7 or 8 years. Then 2 years ago, I saw that movie SuperSize Me, and you know... I got totally disgusted with food all together. It all looked so gross to me. It also helped that all these men and women I would see around looked so gross and disgusting. I'm down to 205 now. I eat normally, go to Tae Kwon Do twice a week, weigh myself saily, drink between 1 and 2 gallons a day at my desk, when I park my car at the store, I park far away, the further the better. I work plenty outside on my free time, hardly watch TV, and above all, the last time I had any FAsT food was in early November and time before that was in August.

The real key to it is to change your mindset. If you dont do that, you will always fail. Any anyone with common sense will tell you that. Its not hard, but YOU have to motivate yourself to do it for yourself.

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
