Take it to a watch repair place. They won't be upset if it's defective when you just received it. Unless you did something to the watch to break it, then it isn't your fault. Good Luck

rolex watches stop if you dont wear them. They do not have batteries. If you take it off for a while once you put it back on you will have to reset it. It should work fine. I'm not sure how it works but the insides react to either the motion or the heat of your wrist and thats what keep them going...

Took mine to the jewelry shop and paid $20 to have it repaired. Mine is perpetual movement.They run on kenetic energy and will stop if you take it off for awhile. Try shaking it first to see what happens.

who gotcha da watch?why day gunna be wizzed? just tell da person dat gotcha da watch . they should have a reciept and be able to have it repaired .if it was given to you whith LOVE they will be understanding
