I would think you are not pregnant

From what you're saying, I do not think you're pregnant. You probably ovulated around the 2nd of Jan. When you had sex did cut it close, but I do not think you are because of 2 reasons:
1) A positive takes 10 days to show up on a test. You had sex over 10 days ago. If there isn't even a faint line, then there's no way.
2) You're bleeding now. I bet it's your period.
I would test again first thing tomorrow morning. If it's positive, it will show up by now. If it's still negative - then it is negative.
PS. Make sure to buy First Response Early Result Pregnancy test. This has the clearest answer, and are easy to read. This is the only brand I would trust for an EARLY result. If you are pregnant, it will definately show up on this test by now.

Sometimes we just do that. It does not necessarily mean you are or are not pregnant. I wouldn't go waisting money on more tests every time some little thing happens.

Here are a few tips as to when is the best time of the month to concieve. http://www.disability.vic.gov.au/dsonline/dsarticles.nsf/pages/Conceiving_a_baby_tips?OpenDocument

If you are pregnant you will know soon enough. I know it is exciting and you really want to know ASAP but that could be expensive. Just keep track of your attempts. If you go more than a month without a period, then it might be called for. If your period starts changing frequently you might need to go to the gynecologist for a check up. We are suppose to do that once a year anyway you know.

just because your test read negative does not mean that you cannot be pregnant it could be too soon, i would say try again in two weeks... are you normally regular or irregular. this happens alot with women who are irregular. If you think it's a cause for concern go to your doctor. this does happen to some woman not and again even if they are normally regular...some woman do spot when they are pregnant it's called implantation bleeding and that usually happens about 15dpo...just stay calm and relax. try testing again in a couple weeks if you havent had your period by then and test is still negative go to your doctor and ask for a blood test those are more accurate and show up even if your in your very early stages of pregnancy..good luck!

Are you trying to get pregnant? Does your bf know that you are trying? Are you old enough and mature enough to handle a child? Do you understand that it is going to be years of sacrifice on your part? Are you prepared to raise the child if your bf leaves you? Are you financially secure enough to have a child?

If all the answers are yes, then good luck!

(I don't have a clue about periods, testing, discharge, etc. I just like to take opportunities to provide some good questions for you to answer when making such an important decision)

When you have a shorter period then normal, chances are you are pregnant, this combined with unprotected sex. I think you should do another test. I would wait until you are done with your cycle to test again.

You are probably not pregnant, but I wouldn't say with 100% certainty (our bodies do strange things). If you're worried about it, wait 5-7 days and test again to be sure.
