It's possible if she a very fertile female. Some females are more fertile than others. The pre-ejac stuff that comes out is mainly territorial spray, however, little sperms may be swimming around in there.

No, you do not have to enter to get her pregnant. When a man is excited, he may "leak" and if the sperm get on her "area" the sperm could go inside.

Precum CAN get her pregnant, but you do have to enter her. What is the point of rubbing the tip around the opening? Waste of time to me. Either do it with a condom (DUH) or stay away from that area completely.
