I have two that I think are the best for different reasons...
1. Sugarhill Gang- Rappers Delight ..- I said a hip hop..-
2. Walk this way - Run DMC & Aerosmith.
The latter may not be considered completely rap..which is why I think it's among the best rap song ever made. Run DMC and Aerosmith broke down walls..both literally and figuratively between the hip-hop/rap and rock communities..
