I am working in the states and my family and husband are in my country, i don't have many friends but my coworkers who, by the way, are older than me.
And that day is a sunday!

Treat yourself to a relaxing day at the spa (if open, if not celebrate on the Saturday) and order in your favourite take out. Also, make a celebration date with your family/husband for the next time you know you'll be seeing them. Happy Birthday!!! 30 is a great age where you know that you can get through these little downers.
