Well the answer to your question would obviously be 3,464,323,294 people. This is based on the statistics that say that 78% of computer users use an original OS. This is further based on the fact that 92% of all statistics are just made up.
Now what does 'original' mean? Do you mean DOS 1.0? MacOS 1.0? Anything after has been based off of the original so is no longer original.
