Depends on what position your looking to acquire.
I have about 4-5 years experience in hotels and 7 years experience in the service industry.
I was in high school, working at the mall, when somone handed me their card to work for them at a Disneyland-Area hotel. She said she liked my "bubbly" personality (that was 7 or 8 years ago).
