Quite possiby they are not as stupid as you may think, they are entitled to the right of free speech and making thier opinions known. For many it is hopefully an attempt to get some feedback as to whether they are correct about what they are speaking of.
Should they be simply babbling about nothing at all a intellegent person would just walk away or not read the article they may have read.
