Apparently an unfounded accusation by a woman known to "cry wolf" is all that Ms Holloway needs to convict these young men and all but destroy their lives.

If you are white and a minority accuses you of something you are guilty until proved innocent. Than you are still guilty because your ancestors were "Bad" people.

And what about the D.A. in this case aren't there many allegations of mishandling the case surfacing against him?

Sometimes you just have to wonder but to be honest the boys should have known better and just gone to a club.

She sure hasn't. She just wants to exercise what she believes are her first amendment rights. Unfortunately her rights extend only to the next person's nose. She doesn't know you cannot cause harm to another's reputation with your "free speech."

Once these boys are exonerated I'm sure they'll sue that coot for whatever she's worth.

Schools have always reserved the right to punish students without any proof. They aren't afraid to use that right either.
