I dunno. The only thing I know you can do is:

1) Get something that can hold a lot of info like a flash drive.
2) Take your most important documents, pictures, etc and put it in the flash drive.
3) Then tell another user to delete your account on the computer and then tell them to make a new one for you.
4) Then transfer all of your stuff into the new account. It shouldn't be affecting the new account unless you had a virus or some other bug.

If you want to get a flash drive, then go to www.froogle.com and search for some. You can even put a price range. I got a 64MB for 8 bucks!

Good luck!

Why don't you see if the problem exists in your guest account, if this account is not active then go to control panel and select user accounts and activate it. If the problem goes away in that account, then you can go back to your old account create a new account, then copy all your information you want and transfer it to the new one. Once you are happy all the information you wanted has been transferred then the old account can be deleted if you want!

One possible issue:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/139727

Likewise, it could be some other software making it happen. When in Task Manager, try closing one program ata time until your taskbar comes back. Then, remove the program that you just got out of!

Simplest way to solve would be to create a new account for yourself and copy all the files over. If it doesnt affect other accounts this should sort it
