First of all, you need to check that your speakers/headphones/whatever you're using for sound is plugged in enough to be read by the computer and is in the right port.

Secondly, you need to make sure your sound card is able to play the sound. They should have a page on requirements somewhere on Youtube.

Thirdly, does the video you're trying to watch have sound?

Hope this works for you! Good luck.

I guarantee that if it was a network problem it would have been resolved by now. Besides, what it sounds like is a problem on your end. Check the obvious things like nothing is muted on your computer and then go on to the more complicated things to check such as power to speakers and the condition of your sound card. Good luck!

Maybe your speakers are unplugged? Try a different sight with sound? Maybe it is the video you are watching? Try looking at a different video and see if you get sound.

are you able to hear sound on different applications? examine your sound instruments on your administration panel and make confident they are smart. and make confident on youtube on the video panel that the quantity is up on that video too.
