Won't a tampon get soaked with water and not absorb anything anymore? Then you would bleed in the water.

Tampons aren't the only things you can use while swimming on your period, the only options you wouldn't really be able to use are free-flow methods, commercial pads or organic pads, menstrual cups are the best to use while swimming but tampons are fine too.

As long as the tampon is changed before and after swimming they are normally fine. Tampons do absorb some of the water, but even if saturated with pool water it is very unlikely you would then leak as the expanded and soaked tampon would prevent most of the blood leaving the vagina.

Even if there was some leaking it would probably be very little and so would not show in the water as it would be diluted within the pool water. There are certainly worse things than a little blood in the pool water.

That's what they were made, just be very careful and make sure they are far in enough that they dont slip out. Also the thing with the blood and the shark is true. they are attracted to blood so I wouldn't go too far into the ocean, as a precaution. Better safe than sorry I guess. Oh yeah and try different tampons, they don't all work the same for everyone.

Yes u can. Tampons don't get soaked with water - because they are inside ur vagina.

Just make sure u change it before - and after.

The tampon is in there high enough that the opening of the vagina closes around it and water can't get in. As long as you are comfortable, it's ok to do any of your regular activities while on your period.

If your tampon is uncomfortable, it is probably not in far enough. It can't get lost so don't worry about pushing it in as far as you can.

No, water does not get inside of your vagina while swimming. A tampon works just fine. I've used them for years and years and never had a problem.

Nah, it's pretty far up there. You'll be fine. If your period is particularly heavy, I woundn't try it, just because it might overflow and leak into the water, but I've never had a problem.
