Everyone does it huh. I would suggest acting like you need to go to the supply closet or just get up and go to the bathroom, OR be really brave, let it go and say, "Ah that felt good". Just kidding about that last one lol, it was such a guy thing to say. Mmm

Go fart in the bathroom if there's a bunch of people around.
