From a biological standpoint, I don't know about the sizing of ones head and if a smaller brain has anything to do with ones intelligence. Some heads are obviously larger than others. Does that mean their brain is larger......To answer the second part of your question I would say it depends on how much a person studies and learns to use the capacity of their brain, would determine what their IQ is. I also think genetics and how healthy a person is, would play a role in there somewhere. As far as being dumb, it truly is sad that some people have a very low IQ by no fault of their own. I feel the world would be a better place if all humans have just above an average intelligence...But it was a good question...Maybe I need to research biology so I can learn more.

i think that is silly.
everyone's brain is approximately the same size. and stupid people still happen. Look at me
my iq dropped 30 points in the last 25 years. my funcitonability has been altered and i suffer amnesia almost every day.
There are 3 things in my life i think have caused this. First I had a stroke. and many small ones, so it seems. Then i was drugged with a poison that made it impossible for me to read or write for a season. Anyone with the blood of an alzheimer patient could have injected it into my blood and caused this serious disease. So it is with great difficulty i can read at all or remember what i am typing as i do. Another possibility is i caused my own brain cell disfunction by breathing Toxic levels of paint thinner in an enclosed basement.
there are also many drugs that do cause loss of concentration and more lethal drugs that cause complete loss of amnesia. I have suffered this type and its symptoms many many times.
The TERM dumbing down of America has therefore Subtle alternative meanings which has been watered down to thinking its about public school systems.
I swear to all people by God, that this conspiracy exists. I am not deceived.

You must have a small head and brain to ask this question, for you are truly dumb and everyone knows that having a small head and small brain means you are dumb!!!!!!
Which of course makes all small headed, small brained people on earth dumb and hopefully you or your friends do not fit into this group, but where does the measurement start????
I don't know too many genius' over 6'8", they don't have too many smart guys playing in the NBA, not when "your" is the main word in their vocabulary.
But they have big heads, therefore big brains which according to your thesis makes them smarter. Lets just say above 6'5" you are smarter than most. Between 5'11' and 6'4" you are average and below 5'11" you are just plain dumb, does everyone and do you agree on this. Of course I am 6'6"... Have a nice day
