If your prenatal vitamin is making your nausea worse, talk to your doctor about what else you can take. Your doctor might recommend a separate folic acid supplement and Flinstone chewables for the rest of the vitamins. Call your doctor's office for a recommendation.

When I had my babies they doctor gave me half a dose of sleeping pills which took the egde off of the vomiting and nausea, but if you are in your early stage of pregnancy I would say that this will pass. When you do throw up try to gargle with mouth wash so the acid from your stomach does not destroy the back of your throat.
