I have an 89% in my class as of now, this includes quizzes,test, homework and this average counts as 80% of my grade
my final is coming up and it's worth 20% of my grade. What would my average be if I get a 95% on the final?

89 X 4= 356
95 X 1= 95

451/5= 90.2

The part that is missing is what are the total points possible? Assume 100 points are possible then:
80 points (80% of 100 possible points) * 89% = 71.2 points
20 points (20% of 100 possible points) * 95% = 19 points
71.2 + 19 = 90.2 points out of 100 possible, so:
90.2%
