For a start, Norton is notorious for slowing peoples computers dramatically and causing conflicts. I would strongly recommend AVG. You can get a free version on there website (just search it in google, i dont know the address off hand), it's 100 times better.
Secondly IE 7 is rubbish and everyone is screaming blue murder about it.
It's terrible. Load your computer again, but the moment it starts booting hold down the f8 button. It will take you to a menu with an option called 'restore settings'. Select it and a calender will appear. Choose a date BEFORE you updated to IE7 and it will reload the computer to IE6 or what ever version you had before and everything should be sorted. If you dont feel confident doing that. Download Mozilla Firefox instead, its much better that internet explorer.
Good luck and all the best.

P.s
I recommend you not disable your firewall when chatting. It gives people with no morals the oppertunity to delve your system. Always keep them on.
Once again, good luck !

i might want to narrow it right down to soul/R&B singers residing on the fringe of London (till you're comfortable with finding out on up airfare, inn, etc expenditures). right it truly is a few which will be tremendous: Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Parliment Funkadelic, Bo Diddley, Jackie Wilson, Etta James, The Ohio gamers, warfare, Smokey Robinson, Al eco-friendly, The 4 Tops, James Brown, Mary Wells, Johnnie Taylor. i might want to easily discover their respectable web pages & deliver them an digital mail (or call). i imagine you receives some bites.
