Bindi comes across as being far more intelligent than those that criticise. The girl loves doing what she does so let her be.A rarity indeed to have some one so young interested in every form of nature.Terry will make sure she is OK. We in Queensland are justifiably proud of them all .Exploitation she is 8 going on 30 and knows exactly what is going on.I forgot to mention Steve would have the biggest smile on his face he would be very proud of his little girl?

I think all people including children grieve in their own ways. If it does Bindi Sue good to continue with a tv program she'd begun taping BEFORE Steve Irwin died, then I say good on her.

Terri Irwin doesn't strike me as a mother who would ' exploit' her child and Bindi Sue strikes me as a very strong , emotionally mature , exceptional child. This is HER way of HONOURING her father for the moment , whether or not she continues as she ages who knows but for right now , if it is ok with her and Mrs. Irwin then I say why not.

I never really followed Steve that closely, so I don't know how often Bindi had been on his show. I just wonder if giving her a show of her own is a bit much after the death of her father. I think it is wonderful that she loves animals and wants to do what her father did, but at 8 years old it might be a little too much. Has she been allowed to complete the grieving process? She even said she wants to "be him". Is that healthy to allow her to live that out so literally? If it were my child, I would let her continue her pursuit of animal study, but without the cameras.

Bindi Irwin obviously, like her father, was born to be in the public eye. It is her calling and her life. She'll be fine. Her brother may have a different temperament; time will tell.

I also think it is healthy, and helps not only Bindi but her mother cope with the tragic loss of Steve Irwin.
I miss watching him on TV, one of my favorite shows.

I think she's old enough to choose what she wants to do. As someone already pointed out, she had her own show in the works before her dad died. She's the doing the press junket just like everyone else with a new show. I wish her the best and think she's a pretty remarkable little girl

i think it is a way to get a lot of publicity for Steve's shows that are still on the air but it is also a way to remember Steve through his daughter's eyes. also, she is old enough to chose what she wants to do. if she didn't want to continue to talk of her dad, then she would have stopped by now

I think that in honor of her dad, she is carrying on his tradition and just wants him to be proud of her. What's the big deal? I think it's great that she wants to carry on her dad's legacy, no matter what her age is!
