in the dash under the steering wheel a silver aluminum canister about 2in long. and may be this will help if any of the turn singles work turn 1 on and listen for the click

The flasher looks just like a relay. It might be yellow in color and is up near the steering column under the knee bolster. If you lay under the dash board with a flash light, and look up the steering column, it should be in that area.

On all North American vehicles (import and domestic) the turn signal switch is located on the left side of the steering wheel column. Switch it UP to signal right and DOWN to signal left. Usually it is the same switch that you would turn for the windshield wipers on your particular model.

I changed one of these out last year. It is up and under the dash above and to the left of the brake pedal.

Its the lever on the the left side of the wheel with wiper controls, you push it up and down. At least thats where it is on my Dodge.
