yeah, i had this happened to me as well, i hate companies that have to resort to this **** to try and make a sale. this spymarshal crap messed up my registry really bad and some important windows settings, was not even able to run my Task Manager it disable that too and it always runs in the back ground. This is how i fixed my problem: first log in to your computer under safemode once in safemode go under my computer double click on your hard drive, there should be two executable files you'll notice them, they are not folders, delete those two files. Next under safemode preforme a system restore to an earlier date if you have any important files you want to save write them on a cd or save them to an external just to be on the safe side. after the system restore is done it will restart your computer. when it dose and your computer is up and running normally run a spyware program to delete any traces of this crap. Spybot is a decent free spyware remover. runn it a couple of times. to make sure it gets everything possible.

SpyMarshal General Description:
SpyMarshal is a fake anti-spyware program that is often downloaded and installed without user knowledge or consent by a Trojan or through browser security holes. SpyMarshal launches on Windows startup and may generate large numbers of popup adverts. SpyMarshal will also display notifications of imaginary security risks in its attempts to get the user to purchase the full version. SpyMarshal can be extremely difficult to remove manually, and will continue to try to recreate itself.
