I have a urinary tract infection...the doctor gave me an antibiotic for it...I MIGHT be pregnant..like only 3 days pregnant..the doctor asked if I might be and I said not sure..he gave it to me anyway...Can this be harmful??

You should be ok, but double check with your doc. I took antibiotics throughout my pregnancy (for a kidney infection and a recurring ear infection) and my baby was fine.

best thing to do would be to consult your doctor you can call 24 hour nurse hotline as well...It is not safe to take medication during pregancy..what kind of meds did he give you????alot of women do get UTI while being pregnant im just not sure what they give them.. try looking it up on the internet....good luck!
