I agree about all the answers so far (except the stupid ones that do not realise what you are talking about!) - look them up in the phone book. However, do remember (as has been pointed out) to also ask the Navy and the RAF. Oh, and the Territorial Army.
Along the same lines, you could also ask the police and fire brigade to visit. Also, if you have one, the Air Ambulance - or, if not, the ambulance service. If it is for this summer, you have to keep your options open as, I regret to say, you are leaving it very late to book anyone like this!
Have a good Fayre, and I hope you raise lots of money!

A good way of doing this at the moment ( As the reglular army are a bit pushed at the minute) is to contact the local territorial army unit who I know would be only too happy to attend if possible.
Nowadays they have the same training and equipment as the regular army and its a good day out for the lads.

Contact your local recruiter (in the phone book)
I would recommend that you invite ALL branches, though. Some students may be more interested in the Navy or Air Force, for exampe.
It is an excellent idea to include the military recruiters. They can increase your attendane, and they always bring freebies for the people who come by and talk to them. Plus, for some kids, this may be the only way to get money for college.
Good Luck!

Ask them.
Find the nearest base or the nearest army recruiter and get them to do the work for you
Police, firemen and military are often willing to go to schools

Go to the local recruiting office and speak with the person in charge. It's probably going to be a Gunnery Sgt.

Go to your local recruitment office and ask them if they could send someone to speak about enrollment. I'm sure they would love to recruit kids right out of high school.

I assume you mean FAIR, not fayer. Write to the PAO(public affairs officer) of the base closest to you and ask them. Or talk to a local recruiter. They may be able to swing something for you.

Hopefully you meant a "fair". I would contact your local army recruiter. I'm sure he would be glad to come to the fair and talk to people

Hold some of the kids hostage and tell people you have a dirty bomb. Lots of army types should attend promptly.
