one u can use on the LOWER lashline, is EASY to remove at the end of the day and goes on very NATURAL looking not gothic. Also i would PREFER(doesnt ahve to be) one that works well with sensitive eyes.(PRICE DOESNT MATTER)

I LOVE Stila products from the US, but available in department stores in Britain, etc. They produce a kohl type pencil that twists out of a plastic pencil at one end and has a sponge smudger at the other end. But wait! There's more! If you unscrew the mid section of the plastic pencil, you'll find a little sponge applicator with a secret stash of eyeshadow inside in a complementing colour. The pencil is soft, doesn't smudge and you can make your eyes as subtle or smoky as you want. It's the best all-round eye makeup I've ever used. Nice range of colours, too. And I don't even sell the stuff! I bought one in NY last week for $18 - probably cost almost the same amount in pounds in the UK.

I would advise Chanel and Dior they are top quality, and like you I have sensitive eyes, they dont irate eyes. They last a longer than any normal eyeliner and have a great natural look.

I really like NYC flatliner. It makes a really flat line because it's a flat pencil. It's only like 4 dollars, except you have to pay to get the special sharpener.

Clinique and Almay are both hipoallergenic so they will help and the line stays on all day

i use nyx n jordana thye are really really cheap n they work great i get each of them for only $1.00 dollar i use it alot i love it i use brown for my eyebrows n black for my eyeliner

clinique ithink is the best I use the black and it dies not look gothic at all
