give it back cuz i would feel way to guilty if i didnt. but if it was on the ground already and i didnt know who dropped it, then i would be excited!lol

I would give it back!
However.......
There was this guy that was terribly rude to our waitress.
He belittled her and nearly made the poor lady cry with his meanness and demands.
When he got up to leave he dropped a 20.00 bill near our table. My husband picked it up and watched him walk out of the restaurant. My husband then got up, walked over to the guys table and added it to the tip.

Yes I would run up to them and give it back. They may need it more then I do.
