To the first poster -- AI is in the West not the East. Everyone else why are we still including AI in the All Star Game? I think it's obvious AI is no longer an all star. He stood out because the East is weak, now you can see just how good he's not now that he's in the west. I think Earl Boykins deserves a spot more than AI does. However, I wouldn't do that.

I agree with the Question asker's list except instead of AI I would Tracy McGrady and I would start Dirk Nowitzki instead of Kevin Garnett. and Amare Stoudamire instead of Yao Ming. I'd also probably start Carmelo Anthony instead of Tim Duncan, 'cause there are 2 centers...that doesn't match up well with the East.

So:

East:
Gilbert Arenas
Dwayne Wade
Lebron James
Chris Bosh
Dwight Howard

West:

Steve Nash
Kobe Bryant
Carmelo Anthony
Dirk Nowitzki
Amare Stoudamire

East Reserves

Jason Kidd
Michael Redd
Joe Johnson
Rip Hamilton
Paul Pierce
Vince Carter
Jermaine O'Neal

West Reserves

Chris Paul
Tracy McGrady
Ray Allen
Carlos Boozer
Tim Duncan
Yao Ming
Kevin Garnett

East! they have an awesome line-up and bench, and the mixture between each and each gamers looks to get alongside nicely. So more suitable constructive teammates = more suitable constructive pastime. i'm no longer saying West don't have a probability. it truly is only that East is taking section in VERY not difficulty-free immediately. Who do you imagine is going to win?
