last friday, me and my mom took my best friend out to eat, cause her birthday was the next day, January 6th. well the next day, she wanted me to come to her house to watch a movie with like her and someone else, but i got in trouble, so my mom made me tell her i couldn't come, so i did, but i could tell by her tone of voice she didn't believe me and that was slightly a little annoyed. so i havent talked to her for about a week, since then, and earlier, she called my brother and wants to go with him and his friends bowling tonight, but she didn't call me at all, to see if i was coming, to say or anything, and she still hasnt' called me, but she called him and made plans with him, and my brother said he doesn't want me to come, so he's going out with his friends and my best friend who hasn't called me in a week, but made plans with my brother and his friends. Am I wrong here or what?

I think you should call her and ask her what the deal is. If anything your brother should be able to verify that you were in trouble and hopefully she will get over it and move on.
I don't think you are wrong..

i think you should call her and make plans with her to go to the mall or something (but don't mention what happened when you couldn't go to her house) and then at the mall tell her what happened
