1) How did Reformers change the organization of the Church?

In various ways. In Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, Reformers almost completely did away with church hierarchy; each church was mostly independent of the others, with occasional councils and meetings taking the place of the Catholics' hierarchy of popes, cardinals, and bishops. In England, there was more of a compromise with Catholic structure; the English kept a simplified hierarchy, and to some extent kept that hierarchy from meddling in politics.

2) The long-term impact of the Reformation is incalculable, far beyond what can be said in Yahoo Answers. In brief, the Reformers separated religion and politics (without quite meaning to), opened the door for religious tolerance (without quite meaning to), and helped place the cities at the center of national life in a new way.
