It's a good idea to cut back on salt which promotes water retention (I know it's hard -- this is the time I crave salt the most). Also, a great over-the-counter pill for water weight gain and bloating is Diurex. You can find them with the rest of the feminine supplies. It really helps me. Good luck.

I gain about two to three pounds everytime. But, I drink plenty of water and it helps flush it out. Your body will store the water if you don't drink enough. Kind of like your body goes into starvation mode if you don't get enough food. Eat Drink and be Merry.

You can take a water pill. And stay away from salt and salty foods soy sauce, etc. Then drinks lots of water. Flush yourself out.
