Why, would you people answer without knowledge. My firend, the strongest muscle of your body is the muscle of your jaw. That's right! Someone mentioned your mouth but was not very explicit.
This particular muscle's name is temporalis and there is a second muscle named masseter. The temporalis of any average person (adult) can produce a pressure of over a 1000 lbs. Some scientist will argue this because technically there is no way to probe it (if you chew or bite anything with that kind of pressure you would brake not only your teeth but your whole jaw, neck and many others, so the tests are based on resistance and... well your question was answered if you want more information read a book.

i read somwhere that the tongue is the strongest muscle in the human body but I think that it is based on its size and what it can lift or move, because tongues don't seem to be that strong. And to clear something up the penis is not a muscle that is why it can't be exersised to make it bigger. And the buttocks is the biggest muscle in the human body not the stronges.

The human heart. This muscle works all day everyday non-stop. Some will say that it is your gluts, but the heart never gets a rest. If you are wanting to know which muscle group is the strongest, your legs. That is why we are always told to lift with our legs, but there are several muscles associated with the legs, so I have to rule them out.
