Well I have not lived in every state to so I am bias as I would think everyone else who answers this question but I am going to have to say NV (Nevada), I visited there and am making plans to move.

Missouri or Arkansas if money(or lack of) is prime concideration. California If money is no object. Colorado if nature calls to you and Florida if socialization is your trip.
