Dizziness can be a symptom of lots of problems. I get dizzy the same way you do, and it turned out I was anemic. You could have an inner-ear infection, sinus infection, low blood pressure, or lots of other things. It usually isn't serious and is relitively easy to fix. Good luck!

You should probably go see a doctor. However, I know years ago when I was in college I would get the same thing. A couple times when I would jump up too quickly I blacked out, fell down, and my left arm started twitching. I talked to a couple physicians and they said that it was a combination of lack of sleep, too much caffeine, and poor diet. It only happened to me though when I'd jump up quickly. I know now that this is called orthostatic hypotension (google it). Anyway, if you are dizzy all the time, I would see a doctor b/c it could be the sign of something more serious.

All kidding aside I've had the same thing only longer. I have no inner infection but I also know of at least one other person with the same symptoms. The doctor said he was having migraines without the pain. They also gave him a MRI and a MRA but could not finds anything.

See your doctor. You could have an inner ear infection, you could have menaire's disease, or you could have a sinus infection. At any rate, please, see your doctor and get some help for this condition. Good luck to you.
And by the way, I have sinus problems and I get dizzy, especially at night when I lay down. It is not a fun thing to have, so please take care of it.

Please consult your doctor. It might just be low- too low blood pressure. For this lie down immediately and put your legs up- higher than your heads... that way the blood flows to your head. Never get up too quickly, though... roll to your side- push yourself up then sit first- proceed to get up or get back to the position with legs up.
