It's called PMS. If it really is such a problem, have the lady go to her doctor to see if there is something that can be done to help her. There are treatments that can be given to stop all the swings of her mood, etc. You can talk to her doctor too so you can be told how to help her.

Also I think you need to cover everything she does with love. Read in the Bible, I Corinthians 13 "The Love Chapter" where it says love is patient and kind and seeks not its own way at the expense of others. This love isn't boastful or proud and always believes in the positive. This love is such that it will gladly give its own life to save the life of the other. It says that of faith, hope and love, love is the greatest. This love is what has kept my wife and I married for over 28 years. If you practice this love, these times will not be a burden to you and she will see that you are worth loving back. Try it and see.

My Suggestion would be if you ever conversate with her over the phone definately make sure you keep it to a minimum so that no arguements come about or so that she doesn't have a reason to blow up at you, talk to her see how's she's feeling tell her how your day was (etc. Etc.) and act as if you have something important you have to do so you can get off the phone remember keep it short and sweet. Now if your with her in person that's a little trickier but i would suggest you tread on very thin Ice and try to make her as relaxed and comftorable as you can, and just do little things or big things for her if you want, and if she's snapping at you or blowing up at you then from that point on you tell yourself, "Hey I tried" and just keep your distance and don't say too much, think about it, she's going to feel pretty dumb after awhile when she realizes she's the only one yelling and screaming and your not saying anything, But the Best Advice I can say is to try and keep as much Distance between you and her until her period's done and she's her old self again, (you'll Know)!

ok, maybe some advice from a woman will help more than from a guy! lol.

First off, reassure her that no matter what, she is the most beautiful georgeous woman on EARTH, then take that back, and tell her that no, she is NOT (she will be upset for a momen!) tell her that she is nothing SHORT of a goddess, and continue to call her your own personall goddess, maybe when she starts gettin upset you can say something like "whats wrong my little goddess?", have chocolate stashes EVERYWHERE, so no matter what you will have some at hand! Chocolate produces the feel good stuff called endorphins, so it is a good thing to have around that time of the month.

Always sit down with her and ask her how her day went, etc...etc..compliment her on how sexy and beautiful she is.....

if your nice enough, you might get "lucky" when she's done! lol

Personally, I find that a certain level of indifference helps. My girlfriend gets very emotional during her time of the month, often resulting in crying sessions or depression. It's important to realize that you're not the cause of it, not to feel guilty about it.
Just accept that these things happen, that she doesn't really mean it and that it'll pass over soon. Show her some support if the emotions run high, and out of appreciation she might try to keep herself under control.

These are just my personal experiences, I know it differs from person to person. But I belief that with the right amount of support and acceptance (you can't avoid it, might as well deal with it) it is not so bad for either of you.

Well I'll tell you what I feel when in my period.
I'm in a lot of pain, exceedingly uncomfortable and tense that I don't have an accident in public and feel fat and ugly.
It's even harder when we live with a man because normally our home is our hidding place to be relaxed and to let go.
I recommend you try to agree with her in everything and stay out of her way, don't give her a hard time.
Good luck!

I was (WAS) involved with a woman who was like that, and there was just NO WAY to win in that situation. No matter what you do (DON'T DO), say (DON'T SAY), you're gonna be wrong. But for me, there were quite a few other issues that led me to end the relationship. In short, what I'm saying is, I don't feel as though there is ANYTHING you can do, short of leaving. I felt as though MY ex was using her hormones to her advantage though. HTH!

Keep candy on hand. When she starts flying off the deep end, hand her some chocolate. And hug her - a lot - specially when she's mad.

Soothes the savage beast.
